About Us
AVK is building a modern, scalable Talent function that supports our rapid growth across the UK and Europe. As the business expands, the systems, operations and workflows that sit underneath hiring will be critical to our success. The Talent Coordinator position is a foundational role that ensures we operate with clarity and consistency across every stage of the hiring journey. You will be the engine of Talent Operations - managing processes, improving efficiency, maintaining data integrity, strengthening candidate experience, and helping us make the most of our technology. You’ll contribute to everything from ATS optimisation (we currently use Workable) and workflow design to reporting, documentation, scheduling, tooling evaluations, and future system implementations. You will centralise and elevate interview coordination and provide seamless support to candidates, hiring managers and Talent Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a consistent, smooth and scalable talent operations environment.
- Own and improve Talent processes, workflows, documentation and system hygiene.
- Centralise and deliver high‑quality interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Provide support for contract creation and delivery for candidates.
- Optimise the use, setup and structure of our ATS and Talent tools.
- Support ATS implementation projects and new system rollouts.
- Provide reliable, accurate reporting and insight into Talent performance.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
- Enable Talent Specialists to operate effectively through consistent operational support.

- Curiosity about recruitment systems, tooling, data and process optimisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
