We are looking for experienced Support Workers in Carlisle and surrounding suburbs to provide personalised and individualised support for our customers.

What the day looks like:

  • You will support people in your local area and neighbouring suburbs.
  • You might help someone get ready for the day by providing personal care (bathing, toileting and grooming).
  • Support with housekeeping (sweeping, mopping and general cleaning).
  • Assist with meals (shopping, preparing and cooking).
  • Some shifts are simple support. Some are higher care.

This is steady, meaningful work and most shifts are 1 hour long. You might have a few visits in a day with breaks between.

What You Need:

  • Strong and flexible availability (able to work as early as 7:30am and as late as 6:00pm).

  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to complete screening checks.
