Are you someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complex financial information and making sure customers are treated fairly? This is a great opportunity to join our new With-Profits Reporting and Assurance team within IWR Finance.
A bit about the job:
We've created this role to strengthen how we oversee and report on our with-profits funds. You'll sit at the heart of our reporting and assurance activity, helping us deliver clear, accurate and well-controlled results. The team supports asset share analysis, deep dives and key financial metrics that underpin fair outcomes for customers and shareholders. You'll also help build a strong, repeatable control environment and shape how we apply learning across with-profits. Ultimately, you'll make sure our decisions are transparent, trusted and delivered with confidence.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and assess complex financial issues clearly.
- Qualified actuary, or equivalent professional experience, with the ability to deliver in technical finance or assurance areas.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex topics to non-specialists.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams, building trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Leadership experience or a genuine desire to develop as a people manager and support others to succeed.
