An exciting opportunity has come up for an Executive Assistant to support our IWR Risk Directors based in York. The role will be part of our One Risk EA community, and the successful candidate will be expected to support the rest of the EAs, including providing holiday cover for other EAs as required.
A bit about the role:
- Working closely with IWR Chief Conduct and Compliance Officer, and the Platform Chief Risk Officer, their supporting teams.
- Building a rapport quickly to ensure good working relationships.
- Handling schedules, co-ordinating and attending certain meetings, preparing reports, leading on department wide communications, and being a key point of contact within IWR Risk.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.
- Ensuring that the Directors have the right personal support in prioritising their departments and fulfilling their obligations in respect of reporting, performance and business planning to Executive teams, Boards and Committees.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, organised, able to prioritise work and be confident working under pressure. You will be career-minded with the ability to multi-task and certainly an excellent teammate, working closely with other EAs and operational leads in your business area. Taking the lead for co-ordination of all risk activity across our York site.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a personal / executive assistant to senior leaders including great stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities, skilled in using, maintaining, and developing administrative systems.
