A bit about the job

You’ll join our Professional Indemnity team, part of Aviva’s wider underwriting function. We manage complex risks and deliver tailored solutions to our customers. In this role, you’ll underwrite high-value cases, support junior colleagues, and help improve our processes. You’ll be a key player in delivering great customer outcomes and driving profitable growth.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience underwriting complex Professional Indemnity risks.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and market trends.
  • Ability to manage broker relationships and deliver commercial results.
  • Confident handling technical referrals and mentoring others.
  • Comfortable leading audits and supporting process improvements.
