A bit about the job
As a transformation engagement lead working on the Health Evolution transformation programme and other related initiatives, you will shape, lead, and deliver communications, change management and engagement activities to enable the successful transformation of our business. By championing and developing a high performance, high collaboration "OneAviva" spirit across business and technology, you’ll work with colleagues at all levels to develop and share a compelling transformation story. You will translate complex change into compelling, accessible narratives and design engagement plans that build understanding, ownership and advocacy across a diverse mix of internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with IWR transformation and change leads, the role embeds communications into wider change plans, produces high‑quality content across multiple channels, advises senior leaders, and builds strong partnerships across the business. It also draws on emerging best practice in change, engagement and communications to sustain momentum and impact. You’ll have experience guiding and inspiring teams on ambitious transformation journeys, adopting agile and modern engineering practices, using smart engagement techniques as part of broader change management activities – and you’ll be committed to ensuring that everyone is heard, inspired. Please note that this role will involve regular travel.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Experience developing engagement plans to support complex transformation initiatives
- Experience shaping communication and engagement activities as part of broader transformation change management plans
- A strong track record in defining and running engagement activities to support adoption of agile delivery methods and modern engineering practices
- Confident and calm in complex environments, able to bring clarity without overcomplicating the message
- Experience gained from insurance / FS industry would be beneficial
