A bit about the job:
- You’ll play a critical role in strengthening Aviva’s ‘One Aviva’ Transformation capability.
- Working at the heart of change, you’ll provide insight, governance, and data management to enable evidence‑based decisions.
- You’ll maintain transformation data as a single source of truth, develop dashboards and governance packs, and support transformation leaders across Group, Markets, and Functions.
- This role is all about enabling transformation through data, automation, and process improvement.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical and data management skills with experience in reporting and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and governance processes.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience with tools such as Planview and can leverage automation and AI.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary between National c. £65,000 – London c. £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
- Generous pension scheme – Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
