A bit about the job:

  • You’ll play a critical role in strengthening Aviva’s ‘One Aviva’ Transformation capability.
  • Working at the heart of change, you’ll provide insight, governance, and data management to enable evidence‑based decisions.
  • You’ll maintain transformation data as a single source of truth, develop dashboards and governance packs, and support transformation leaders across Group, Markets, and Functions.
  • This role is all about enabling transformation through data, automation, and process improvement.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong analytical and data management skills with experience in reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and governance processes.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Experience with tools such as Planview and can leverage automation and AI.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary between National c. £65,000 – London c. £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
