This is a full-time, onsite role, and you’ll be working in the London office Monday to Friday.
A bit about the job:
- You’ll join our friendly Onsite Support IT team, helping colleagues across the London office stay connected and productive.
- You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line deskside support, solving technical problems, getting people back up and running, and keeping our IT services running smoothly.
- You’ll work closely with other technology teams too, helping us deliver brilliant support across Aviva.
- There may also be the occasional need to support colleagues at other Aviva sites.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Excellent collaboration and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask whilst working in a busy customer-focused environment
- Proven experience in providing 1st & 2nd line end user support at all levels within an organisation
- A good technical understanding of: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft MECM, Microsoft Active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra and Apple iOS
- Good understanding with mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), Microsoft Intune and Mobility/VPN technologies

- Starting salary Circa £4 5000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)
