You are comfortable managing data, reporting requirements, and stakeholder engagement. This role exists to help Aviva deliver its sustainability and ESG commitments with confidence and accuracy.
You’ll join a Sustainability team that supports the business to deliver its Sustainability Ambition, meet regulatory requirements and make responsible, data‑led decisions. Working with teams across the Motor Claims and Repair business, you’ll use advanced analytics to understand supply, demand and lifecycle carbon impact. Your insights will inform initiatives to decarbonise the motor claims value chain, reduce waste, improve repairability and ensure commercial value. You’ll be accountable for delivering high‑quality insights, clear reporting, and timely outcomes that support Aviva’s sustainability goals.
Skills and experience we’re looking for (must‑have):

- Knowledge of ESG regulations, frameworks, or reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data quality.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly to different audiences.
- Confidence working collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Experience in claims, motor engineering, estimating (e.g., Audatex), or automotive supply chain would be an advantage.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
