Strategic Resource Partner – Tech & Data Location: London or Bristol Salary – Circa £75,000 Do you have a passion for tech and data recruitment and want to shape the future of Aviva’s digital capabilities? A bit about the job: We’re on a journey to build a market-leading recruitment function, and this role is central to that ambition. As Strategic Resource Partner aligned to Tech & Data, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, our RPO partners, and the wider People Function to design and deliver resourcing strategies that support Aviva’s digital transformation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring we attract and retain top talent across engineering, architecture, data science, analytics, and digital product teams—helping us build the capabilities that power our future. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience in strategic recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within technology, digital, or data functions. Demonstrated expertise managing and influencing C-suite stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments. Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience embedding these principles into hiring practices. Confidence in using market intelligence, data, and insights to inform decisions and shape strategic hiring plans. A creative, agile mindset—someone who can adapt quickly, think strategically, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
