This is a contract opportunity for someone who has deep expertise in private markets and a strong understanding of the European Wealth market. This role would suit an experienced product strategist, product development professional, investment specialist, or private markets consultant who can quickly add value by helping shape and deliver private markets product initiatives aimed at driving future business growth.

You will bring market intelligence, product structuring expertise and investment strategy insight to support the development of innovative private markets solutions for the Wealth channel. You'll be comfortable working across Investment, Distribution, Product, Risk and Governance teams, influencing stakeholders and helping translate client demand into commercially viable investment products.

This role is ideal for someone who can operate autonomously, provide strategic recommendations, and support the progression of new product ideas from concept through feasibility and governance approval stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on private markets investment products designed for the Wealth channel across Europe.
  • Support the development of new product initiatives that align with Aviva Investors' private markets capabilities and business growth objectives.
  • Advise on suitable private markets strategies and product structures, taking into account client needs, market trends, competitor developments and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend client and prospect meetings alongside Distribution colleagues to provide expertise on product structures, investment strategies and market developments.
  • Gather and analyse client feedback and market intelligence to help shape future product strategy and prioritisation.
  • Work closely with Investment, Product and Distribution teams to identify market opportunities and recommend product solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of governance documentation for Idea and Feasibility stages of the product development lifecycle.
