A bit about the job: We’re looking for a Sales Support Advisor to support Financial Advisers and help grow our market share. Over the phone and via email, you’ll guide them through our digital tools and support them with lending and product queries. This role sits within a collaborative team that values learning and development. You’ll play a key part in improving the customer journey and delivering great service. Your insights will help shape how we do things better.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building strong relationships with advisers and understanding their needs.
  • Giving clear, relevant information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Taking ownership of customer queries and using available tools to resolve them.
  • Supporting improvements to our customer journey and handling occasional complaints.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience in customer service (phone or face-to-face).
  • Experience working with data to make decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and other IT systems.
  • A positive mindset and a drive to do the right thing for customers with a natural curiosity to spot improvements and suggest changes.

  • Starting salary between £25,100 – £28,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
