A bit about the job:
You’ll join Aviva as a strategic partner to the Global Corporate Specialty (GCS) Claims team, playing a key role in shaping and delivering an international supply chain strategy that supports business growth and performance. The role focuses on leading the TPA strategy for the US division while managing a global network of suppliers and experts. You’ll be accountable for sourcing, governance and performance management, ensuring compliance and alignment across multiple markets. Ultimately, you’ll drive value, efficiency and improved claims outcomes through a scalable, international supply chain model.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in supply chain management within the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of Lloyd’s market operations and regulations.
- Experience managing international Third Party Administrator (TPA) arrangements.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex supply chain integration and transformation projects.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as MCIPs, CII qualifications, or progress towards them are preferred.
