This is a great role for an experienced Digital product owner who is looking to lead a high‑performing team and shape market‑leading customer journeys across direct‑to‑consumer channels. It would suit someone confident working with senior stakeholders, passionate about data‑driven decision making, and motivated to enhance digital experiences at scale.
A bit about the job: You’ll be joining the General Insurance Digital team, leading our Sales and Servicing digital journeys for signature products including motor, home and travel. This role exists to drive customer and business value through well‑established, mature digital products, focusing on continuous improvement and performance. You’ll lead a team of Digital Product Owners, oversee delivery of enhancements across web and app platforms and manage budget to deliver meaningful customer outcomes. As the senior contact for GI stakeholders, you’ll use data and insight to shape strategy, improve performance and ensure excellent digital experiences for our customers.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong experience leading digital product teams delivering high‑quality web and app experiences
- Proven ability to deliver digital products end‑to‑end, using data and insight to drive priorities and continuous improvement
- Experienced in leading, coaching and developing teams, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders across the business
- Background in a regulated, fast‑paced digital environment, with a good understanding of commercial performance
- Awareness of emerging technologies (e.g. AI) and how they can be applied to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency
