Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a PMO role supporting complex programmes or large-scale change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of core PMO disciplines, including governance, reporting, financial management and risk/issue management
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide constructive challenge at all levels
- Comfortable working independently, using data and insight to identify trends and support decision-making
- A collaborative mindset, with a passion for sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment
What you'll get for this role:
- Starting salary c. £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's)
