A bit about the job: You’ll be joining our central People Change team—an agile, collaborative group supporting strategic change across Aviva. In this role, you’ll lead people change initiatives that help shape the future of our organisation, from organisational design, restructuring to M&A, TUPE, culture shifts, and more. You’ll work directly with senior business leaders and HR teams to design and deliver end-to-end change—ensuring it lands well and makes a lasting impact. Every day, you’ll use your experience to guide our people through change that matters.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience delivering people change in a complex or fast-paced setting
  • Ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading change in ambiguous environments
  • Skilled at working independently or through others, with strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Financial services experience is beneficial, but not essential

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary London circa £85,000, Nationwide circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 12% (E grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
  • 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days
