If so, we have an exciting 1 year fixed term contract opportunity for you to lead the charge in transforming the future of health at Aviva.
A bit about the job: As our Senior Insight & Innovation Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to continue to evolve our health propositions in response to the evolving health landscape, customer needs and market dynamics. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change, influence strategic decisions, and deliver propositions that improve lives. The position holder will own and lead the development of an innovative, insight-driven propositions roadmap aligned to the business strategy. They need to be at the forefront of market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer needs to identify new opportunities. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, they will bring these ideas to life through concept design, business case development and customer testing, ready for deployment. This role will inspire and lead a talented team of Insight Analysts and cross-functional Innovation Leads to build a robust pipeline of future-focused initiatives.

- Deep knowledge of the UK Health market and a strong grasp of customer insight and innovation methodologies.
- A proven track record of delivering successful propositions and driving commercial impact.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape business-wide decisions.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams with energy and purpose.

What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary between £65,000 - £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
