This is a great job for someone who has experience handling personal injury claims and is ready to manage a varied caseload of Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims. You might be a Legal Claims Handler, Legal Executive or Solicitor who enjoys investigating claims, building strong customer relationships and delivering fair outcomes.
A bit about the job: You'll join our Litigation team and help customers through what can often be a difficult time following an accident or injury. You'll manage a caseload of Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims, including pedestrian and cyclist claims, from investigation through to settlement or litigation where needed. Working closely with customers, legal representatives and colleagues, you'll provide clear advice, assess evidence and negotiate the best possible outcomes. You'll play an important role in helping us deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining quality, compliance and service standards.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience handling personal injury claims within a legal or insurance environment.
- Knowledge of Intermediate Track claims, Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules.
- Strong investigation, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing a varied caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
- Confidence using case management systems and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
