A bit about the job: Our Reinsurance Operations team plays a vital role in supporting the business through accurate reporting, data analysis, and operational insight. You'll work closely with colleagues across Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Exposure Management, and Purchasing to help monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. This is a varied role that combines analysis, reporting, and operational support. You'll be responsible for producing management information, maintaining data quality, investigating exceptions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes. Your work will help ensure we have the right information to support business performance and deliver strong outcomes.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Experience working within the insurance or reinsurance market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, validate, and present data clearly.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data manipulation, and reporting.
  • Experience producing management information, reporting, or performance analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building effective stakeholder relationships.
