Recruitment Operations Support - Fixed-Term Contract until 23 March 2027

Salary: circa £32,500 (per annum)

A bit about the job:

Our Recruitment Operations team plays an important role in helping Aviva attract great talent by delivering efficient, compliant and colleague-focused recruitment processes. In this role, you will support the day-to-day delivery of recruitment operations, helping colleagues, hiring managers and candidates navigate recruitment processes with confidence. You will work across a range of operational, governance and compliance activities, ensuring high standards of accuracy and control are maintained. Alongside this, you will help identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery and simplify the recruitment experience. This is a varied role where your work will help create better outcomes for candidates, colleagues and the wider business.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Experience in HR or Recruitment is essential with prior experience in administration or a customer-focused environment being beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience using Workday would be beneficial with Microsoft experience being essential.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • An understanding of governance, compliance and process excellence, with a focus on continuous improvement.

What you'll get for this role:

  • Salary circa £32,500 per annum (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity: 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
