Protection Development Manager

A bit about the job

• You’ll manage a panel of advice firms across London and the South East, including several major accounts.
• You’ll help these firms grow by providing expert protection support and building strong, long-term relationships.
• You’ll work with colleagues across Aviva to share insights and deliver joined‑up propositions.
• You’ll also lead digital and low-carbon engagement activity that supports Aviva’s long-term strategy.
• Your work will shape better customer outcomes and drive commercial success.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

• Experience managing major accounts in the London and South East advice market.
• Strong knowledge of protection products and market trends.
• Great communication skills and confidence building trusted relationships at all levels.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
• R01 and R05 (or willingness to complete within 12 months).

What you’ll get for this role

• Starting salary circa £70,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
• Bonus opportunity - 10% (D grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
