Product Owner – Salary ranges from £42,000 – £60,000 Location – Norwich, Perth, Bristol Are you passionate about leading and delivering change? Are you excited about simplification? This role is a really exciting opportunity to get involved and make a difference in a significant area of Aviva’s Personal Lines transformation programme. You will be the product owner for a pricing simplification workstream, ensuring that we simplify both our IT estate and the way we implement pricing, removing complexity and duplication, increasing pace of change and reducing the amount of manual controls. Expect exposure to lots of different areas and senior stakeholders in and around Personal Lines. A bit about the job: You will be the business lead for a feature team using agile methodology to effectively deliver the roadmap activities, working across multiple teams and areas. Responsible as decision maker for the project, owning scope and ensuring prioritisation in line with business requirements while working with the project manager to track costs, benefits and timelines accordingly. Drive positive customer outcomes and accurate implementation of initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulation and robust testing and controls are in place. You will ensure stakeholders are fully informed of backlog, prioritisation and progress. Key role in coaching and developing people as they support you within your role.
