We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pricing Transformation Specialist to coordinate, manage and deliver the development and transformation of pricing for our UK Commercial products! This is a great job for someone to work in an award-winning UK Commercial Lines business, working closely with the channel pricing teams. You will be responsible for pricing roadmap deliveries and projects and for enhancing the analytical framework that supports this!

A bit about the job:

  • As a pricing specialist, you will be a business lead for transformation delivery, working across multiple teams and areas.
  • You will be responsible as pricing decision maker on projects, owning scope and ensuring prioritisation and delivery is aligned to business requirements, while working with project teams to track costs, benefits and timelines accordingly.
  • You will drive positive customer outcomes and accurate implementation of initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulation and robust testing and controls are in place.
  • You will ensure stakeholders are fully informed of backlog, prioritisation and progress.
  • You will have a key role in coaching and developing people across the pricing teams, as they support you within your role.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of pricing process including analytical platforms, data and enrichment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to a senior and multifaceted audience.
  • Understanding of change methodology, especially agile.
  • Good understanding of UK general insurance market.

  • London Salary Circa £75,000, National Salary Circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
