This is a great job for someone with Private Medical Insurance (PMI) experience who enjoys solving problems, working with technical data, and supporting business performance. You’ll be confident handling complex enquiries, making informed decisions, and working with a range of stakeholders. A bit about the job: As a Pricing Implementation Technician, you’ll support the delivery of risk underwriting, pricing and system reference data activities across our Health business. You’ll provide technical guidance on PMI queries, support new and existing business, and help maintain accurate system data. Working closely with underwriting, distribution and administration teams, you’ll play an important role in supporting business growth, delivering good customer outcomes, and identifying and resolving pricing or system issues.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of Private Medical Insurance (PMI), particularly consumer and SME products
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and resolve technical queries
- Ability to communicate clear decisions and manage stakeholder expectations
- Excellent attention to detail when working with system and reference data
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement when balancing customer and business needs
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary c. £31,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
