This home-based role covers Hampshire and Sussex, requiring a full UK driving license and residency in the region, as customer visits are essential.

Role Overview

  • Manage high-value property claims from start to finish, ensuring a customer-centric and cost-effective approach.
  • Operate from home, with travel across the UK as needed; company car provided.
  • Work within agreed financial authority limits and deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

  • Claims Expertise: Experience handling claims of £100,000 or more preferred.
  • Professional Qualifications: Cert CII or CILA required; working towards Dip CII is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Strong grasp of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting, and ABI report writing.
  • Building Knowledge: Familiarity with property reinstatement, building regulations, and tendering processes is advantageous.
  • Customer Commitment: Proven ability to manage claims end-to-end, always prioritising customer satisfaction.
