A bit about the job: We’re looking for a PMO Specialist to join our Change & Transformation team. This role exists to support the successful delivery of a wide range of innovative programmes. You’ll help ensure projects run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver real value. You’ll be part of a team that’s shaping the future of Aviva through change. Your work will directly support our strategic goals and improve how we manage transformation.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • APM PMQ or PPQ qualification is desirable
  • Experience in a PMO or project delivery role
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, milestone planning, and risk management
  • Familiarity with agile/waterfall methodologies, project budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience implementing change management strategies and process improvements

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary: National: £40,000-£50,000 & London: £52,500-£60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
  • 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
