A bit about the job: This role exists to provide high-quality data insight that supports Aviva's Household Transformation programme and the wider Property Claims operation. You'll join a collaborative Business Intelligence team focused on reducing manual reporting and improving the quality and accessibility of management information. The team designs and maintains BI solutions that help stakeholders make informed decisions. You'll be accountable for building, automating and maintaining insight solutions while consolidating our Qlik application estate. Your work will help free up capacity across the team and enable faster, data-led decisions.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience developing BI or insight solutions using tools such as Qlik, Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insight
- Experience writing scripts using SQL or an equivalent language
- Ability to plan and organise your own time effectively while managing competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
