This role exists to help our commercial motor customers reduce losses and manage fleet risk more effectively. You will join Aviva Risk Management Solutions, working as part of a specialist motor risk consultancy team. The team partners with UK Commercial colleagues and customers to deliver a prevention first approach to motor risk. You will assess fleet risks, review claims data, and produce clear, practical risk reports. You are accountable for delivering high quality risk insight that supports safer fleets and stronger underwriting decisions.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in the transport and logistics sector, fleet, compliance or transport management, or a proven background in proactive motor risk management.
- Full understanding and working knowledge of Fleet legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyse, collate and interpret motor fleet data to support effective risk management decisions.
- Strong listening and questioning skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence positive outcomes for customers.
- Knowledge of current and emerging motor and fleet related risk management practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timescales.
