This is a great role for someone who's supported learning or enablement programmes in a large, complex organisation and wants to focus on technology. You'll enjoy working with lots of different teams, coordinating activity, and making sure learning turns into real-world capability.
A bit about the job
You'll join our Hosting & Service Platforms team, reporting to the Cloud Enablement Lead. Your role is to help plan, coordinate and deliver large-scale training and enablement programmes across our IT organisation. Working closely with technology teams, senior leaders and partners like AWS and Microsoft, you'll support the full learning lifecycle - from understanding needs, through delivery, to measuring impact. It's a varied role where coordination, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement all come together.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience supporting learning, training or enablement programmes in a large organisation
- Strong organisation and coordination skills, with confidence working across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with third-party suppliers or partners
- Ability to turn learning requirements into clear, practical delivery plans
- A background in technical or IT training is a bonus, but not essential
