A bit about the job:
You’ll be part of a major integration programme at Aviva, supporting delivery from inception through to execution. The role involves defining roadmaps, managing data structures and user journeys, and ensuring successful integration across multiple systems. You’ll work closely with technical teams, test teams, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience, while managing risks and issues in a complex environment.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in end-to-end customer journey design and integration projects
- Familiarity with data structure/mapping and “as-is/to-be” analysis
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery
- Ability to write test scenarios for data validation and support test flows
- Background in Financial Services/General Insurance; Salesforce or Guidewire experience desirable
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements and risk management in complex environments
