A bit about the job
This role sits within the UKGI COO Transformation PMO, supporting the safe, effective and well‑governed delivery of change initiatives across the portfolio. You’ll provide oversight, governance and insight to ensure projects stay on track and aligned to standards, while surfacing risks and supporting informed decision making. Working closely with delivery teams, Finance and stakeholders, you’ll help maintain strong planning, reporting, RAID discipline and assurance across programmes. You’ll also play a key role in improving data quality, strengthening governance and enabling better visibility of performance, dependencies and risks across the change landscape.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong PMO or project support experience within change, transformation, programme or portfolio environments
- Good understanding of governance, planning, reporting, and risk & issue management
- Ability to analyse information and translate it into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage and constructively challenge stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across plans, artefacts and delivery outputs
