A bit about the job:
You'll be at the heart of our major transformation programmes, leading all Quality Engineering activity across multiple agile teams. Your work will help us deliver with confidence - setting the programme test strategy, shaping delivery plans, and making sure milestones land when they should. You'll lead a blended team of permanent and partner resources, build strong relationships across the programme, and champion a high performance, collaborative culture.
You'll also work hand in hand with our Quality Architects to bring fresh thinking into how we design, plan and deliver testing - helping us innovate while staying aligned to Aviva's QE Framework. And when it comes to reporting progress, risk and quality to senior stakeholders, you'll be the trusted expert who brings clarity and confidence.
