Location: Norwich – 100% Onsite

A bit about the job

You’ll join our friendly Onsite Support IT team in Norwich, helping colleagues stay connected, productive and supported every day. You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, resolving technical issues and delivering a great colleague experience. Working closely with technology teams across Aviva, you’ll help keep our workplace technology running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be accountable for providing timely support, maintaining service quality and helping colleagues get the most from their technology. There may also be occasional travel to support colleagues at other Aviva locations.

Please note - this is a fully onsite role based in our Norwich office, with attendance required five days per week.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Excellent customer service and collaboration skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support within a large organisation.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy customer-focused environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft MECM, ServiceNow and Apple iOS.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhone & iPad), Microsoft Intune and VPN technologies.
