We are looking for professionals who are:
- A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset, acting as a driving force for innovation while translating stakeholder requirements into effective GenAI solutions.
- Ability to support and develop team members while acting as a technical expert, openly sharing ideas, perspectives, and constructive opinions to drive better technical and product outcomes.
- Proficient in the latest GenAI practices, such as prompt engineering, RAG systems, Agentic AI with experience working with open‑source agentic libraries like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Strong foundation in software engineering with proven expertise in building robust object‑oriented Python and web‑based applications using frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing end to end development and deployment with a strong understanding of containerisation, DevOps pipelines, backend APIs and scalable architecture design.
