A bit about the job: Aviva Investors partners with key suppliers to deliver essential outsourced operations, and this role is central to ensuring those relationships run smoothly. You will manage the oversight of several critical suppliers while supporting a diverse programme of change initiatives. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams—including investment and operational areas—and external suppliers, you’ll ensure exceptional service standards for our clients and maintain robust risk and control frameworks. The role also involves supporting new products from development through to successful implementation and ongoing management, playing an integral part in the full investment lifecycle within Investment Operations.
