This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, ambitious Reward or Compensation & Benefits (C&B) professional to make the next step in their career, gaining extensive exposure to managing executive Reward processes and projects for Aviva. A bit about the job:

  • Managing complex casework – including package calculations, benchmarking, and buyouts/guarantees.
  • Leading preparations for the Aviva Group Remuneration Committee – drafting papers, preparing updates, and coordinating meetings.
  • Delivering Reward projects – from annual reviews to reporting and analysis.

This is a chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and make an impact on how we shape executive pay at Aviva.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in Reward or Compensation & Benefits, with an interest in Executive Reward.
  • Exposure to large corporate or financial services environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging up to ExCo level.
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.

  • Salary: National Circa £50,000, London Circa £60,000 (depending on skills and experience)
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
  • 29 days holiday plus.
