This is a great role for someone who has strong HR experience and enjoys applying that expertise in change and transformation environments. You’ll be motivated by variety, working across different parts of the business and partnering with senior leaders to ensure people considerations are central to how change is designed and delivered.

A bit about the job: Our People Change team work across Aviva to support and deliver specific pieces of people change activity, making this an interesting and varied role. You’ll also support the implementation of People Function initiatives into the business, always taking a One Aviva approach. Working alongside our Heads of People, People Directors and Business Leaders, you could be involved in a broad range of activity. This may include supporting transformation programmes, helping to design people plans aligned to business strategies, or assessing and delivering the people impacts of M&A activity. This could involve organisational design work, TUPE considerations or broader change implementation.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong HR experience, for example in a partner, consultant or advisory role
  • Some experience of delivering Change is needed, preferably in People Change.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work at pace and with energy and have an ability to work flexibly and adapt to ever changing demands.
  • Ability to challenge and positively influence others, at all levels and resilient to resistance
  • Good business acumen, coupled with project management / facilitation skills.
  • You will also need good organisation, prioritisation, and planning skills.

  • Starting salary between c. £40,000 to c. £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
