A bit about the job

We’re looking for a strategic leader to head our Personal Lines Motor Claims team and will be responsible for overseeing our end-to-end motor customer journeys. This role exists to ensure we deliver outstanding claims experiences for our customers while optimising processes and performance. You’ll join a collaborative leadership team focused on innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll be accountable for setting the vision, leading operational delivery, coaching and driving transformation across motor claims.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in senior claims leadership, ideally within a large motor claims function.
  • Deep knowledge of motor claims processes, indemnity management and claims strategy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level with strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Track record of delivering operational improvements and customer-focused outcomes.
  • Ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams through change.
