We are looking for professionals who are:
- Designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and accessible web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks, applying industry-standard UX/UI principles to deliver exceptional customer and colleague experiences.
- Partnering with product owners, business stakeholders, and AI engineers to understand user needs, shape requirements, contribute to product roadmaps, maintain a prioritised backlog, and translate customer journeys, user research, wireframes, prototypes, and Figma designs into engaging end-to-end digital solutions that champion usability, accessibility, and UX best practices.
- Building and integrating scalable backend services, APIs, and real-time communication channels using technologies such as FastAPI and WebSockets, ensuring seamless connectivity between the user interface, business services, and AI capabilities.
- Demonstrating end-to-end ownership of application delivery, with a strong understanding of containerisation, DevOps pipelines, cloud deployment, backend API design, and scalable architecture patterns.
- Showcasing familiarity with modern GenAI practices, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI concepts, with exposure to frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, helping to deliver intuitive AI-powered user experiences.
What you'll get for this role:
- Salary: Circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance.
