Location: Norwich based (50% hybrid working)

A bit about the job

You’ll help us stay one step ahead of underwriting fraud across our Aviva Zero motor business. By turning data into clear insight, you’ll shape how we detect, prevent and respond to fraud. You’ll work with teams across underwriting, claims and analytics to improve how we operate. Your work will help protect our customers and support sustainable growth. You’ll be accountable for delivering insight, improving performance and strengthening our fraud controls.

Please note that experience within the Insurance sector is essential to be successful in this role.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insight
  • Experience using tools like SQL and Excel to explore and interpret data
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Knowledge of personal insurance markets
  • Experience driving change or continuous improvement initiatives
