Sitting within the Public Websites Team, you’ll be part of the fast-paced Customer Experience team that delivers incredible and effortless experiences and journeys for our customers across every touch point on our storefront, Aviva.co.uk. Pages are created, managed and optimised through the content management system (AEM) Adobe Experience Manager. You’ll help deliver an exciting new project to transform our service journeys for existing customers across the site and make it easier for them to self-serve through our digital channels.

You’ll be process-driven and happy to tackle a project on your own, as well as working as part of a larger team. You’re approachable, confident, and have no issues with talking to stakeholders of all levels across a range of different teams.

A bit about the job:

You’ll be a key member of a cross-functional team which includes our operation teams, designers, copywriters, an AEM producer and a Product Owner. Together, to improve the customer experience you’ll simplify and consolidate the number of journeys we present to customers, this will be followed by a full redesign of the remaining journeys.

You’ll report into the Product Owner leading this project which will be underpinned by data analysis and close working relationships with our operations teams. You’ll work with colleagues in the cross-functional team to make changes to the web pages and then you’ll get these changes approved in Documentum (internal audit system). You’ll make sure all web pages are compliant and approved on time. A key enabler to this will be harnessing strong relationships with the risk and approvals teams.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience within financial services is preferred; familiarity with Adobe Analytics, JIRA and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is desirable but training can be provided.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage their own time to deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to use data and insight to inform decisions, validate solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, collaborating effectively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven adaptability, with the ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in fast‑changing environments.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary between £30,000 and £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
  • Aviva-funded Private Medical Benefit to help you get expert support when you need it.
  • Make your money go further - Up to 40% discount on Aviva products, and other retailer discounts.
  • Up to £1,200 of free Aviva shares per year through our Matching Share Plan and share in the success of Aviva with our Save As You Earn scheme.
  • Brilliantly supportive policies including parental and carer’s leave.
  • Flexible benefits to suit you, including sustainability options such as cycle to work.
  • Make a difference, be part of our Aviva Communities and use your 3 paid volunteering days to help others.
  • We take your wellbeing seriously with lots of support and tools.

Even if you don’t, we would still encourage you to apply. We also consider all forms of flexible working, including part time and job shares.
