Protect critical data assets and enable secure analytics at scale? Are you passionate about embedding security into cutting-edge data platforms? This role is ideal for someone who combines technical know-how with a proactive approach to risk management.

A bit about the job:

  • You’ll lead security oversight for Enterprise Data platforms like Snowflake, Collibra, Immuta, Dataiku, Power BI and Qlik.
  • These environments drive analytics and AI initiatives across Aviva.
  • You’ll implement governance and access controls, integrate security into data lifecycle processes and guide teams on secure use of data platforms.
  • Your work ensures compliance, protects sensitive data and supports innovation in AI and advanced analytics.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in information security (ideally 7+)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud and data technologies, plus security standards (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials)
  • Ability to assess and improve security in complex architectures
  • CISSP, CISM or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Salary Circa £70000 (depending on location, skills, experience).
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
