A bit about the job: In this role, you will lead a team of counter fraud investigators handling motor claims with values of up to £125k, helping to protect Aviva and its customers from counter fraud. The role exists to ensure investigations are carried out to a high standard while delivering fair, timely and empathetic customer outcomes. Based in the counter fraud commercial claims department, the team investigates claims covering motor damage. You will be accountable for caseload management along with coaching and performance delivery across your team. The role also plays a key part in improving how counter fraud is identified, managed and prevented across the wider commercial motor claims area.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading or coaching teams in a commercial motor claims, counter fraud investigation environment
- Strong understanding of fraud indicators and investigation principles, ideally within commercial motor claims
- Experience managing performance, quality and service levels
- Experience influencing stakeholders and building effective internal and external relationships
- Ability to use data and insight to improve outcomes within counter fraud
