Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and mapping processes? This is a great job for someone with strong Business Analysis skills who wants to play a key role in shaping the future of our claims technology. You don’t need to be highly technical, but you should be confident in process mapping and working with stakeholders to deliver change. If you’re Guidewire Cloud certified – fantastic! If not, we’ll support you to complete the training and certification by August 2026 as we transition from on-prem Guidewire ClaimCenter to the Cloud.

A bit about the job

You’ll join our Claims Transformation team, helping us deliver a major migration to Guidewire Cloud. This role exists to ensure our processes are clearly defined and optimised as we move to a new platform, supporting smooth delivery and excellent customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to map processes, gather requirements, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Claims Centre Administration: Support process improvements and operational change within our Claims function.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Work closely with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document business requirements for strategic initiatives.
  • Cloud Transformation: Contribute to migration projects and help define requirements for cloud-based solutions.
  • GenAI Initiatives: Assist in identifying and shaping AI-driven opportunities, including Next Best Action decisioning.
  • Collaborate with Principal BAs: Work alongside experienced Principal Business Analysts for guidance and knowledge sharing.
