A bit about the job: This role sits within the expanding Bulk Purchase Annuity team, which provides ongoing and de-risking services to trustees and sponsoring employers of Defined Benefit schemes. Based in Norwich, the team delivers a full end-to-end range of administration and support services across a large portfolio of customers. You will take ownership for managing a subset of schemes from inception through to final onboarding, working closely with Employee Benefit Consultants and Trustees, and providing support where necessary. You will be responsible for creating project plans, capturing key deliverables, agreeing timescales with both Aviva and external third parties, and driving the successful implementation of these plans. The role involves engaging in effective communication through both teleconferences and written interactions to ensure smooth implementation of all schemes. You will also support the review and analysis of data in line with benefit specifications provided for quote purposes, as well as collating additional information required to administer schemes.
