A bit about the job
We operate a flexible resource pool across our General Insurance portfolio, and therefore you could be involved in driving large-scale transformation activity such as:
- Major platform upgrades and SaaS adoption
- Experience of emerging technologies such as GenAI, Automation, and Digital and Data solutions.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable with facilitation and liaison with a broad spectrum of stakeholders; comfortable leading, negotiating and influencing to challenge and inspire changes as necessary.
Detailed knowledge and experience of application of business analysis tools and techniques.
What you'll get for this role
- Starting salary circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's)
