A bit about the job: The successful individual will be answering warm inbound calls as well as following up qualified outbound opportunities to support and guide our customers through their health insurance sales journey. You will support the end-to-end sales process and policy enrolment for our direct customer base, understanding the customer needs and making recommendations based on their requirements. This role will require shift rotations between 9am-6pm and will provide in-depth product training and continual support.
