You will be joining Aviva's GTM Wealth Intermediary team during a period of exciting growth. The wealth landscape is becoming increasingly complex, with advisers facing greater technical demands driven by ongoing legislative and regulatory change. In this role, you will help ensure advisers and their clients have the support, clarity, and tools they need to navigate this environment effectively.
A bit about the job:
In this role, you will lead marketing strategies and programmes that champion adviser needs and strengthen Aviva's market position—driving adoption of our wealth solutions, supporting distribution activity, and contributing to Aviva's broader growth ambitions. Using insight and data, you will shape and deliver marketing activity across CRM, digital, thought leadership (webinars, articles, videos), and social campaigns. Collaboration is vital as you will need to work closely with Wealth Intermediary Distribution, GTM colleagues, propositions, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Experience working in a complex regulated environment would be beneficial
- Preferably B2B Financial Services background and ability to lead and deliver multi-channel campaigns (paid media, social, email, digital & webinars)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills alongside strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proactive, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Experience of leading, coaching and developing junior team members
What you will get for this role:
- Starting salary circa £50000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
