Marketing Associate Salary – National Circa £35,000 / London Circa £40,000 Fixed-term Contract until December A bit about the job: We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Associate to join our Intermediary Marketing team within the Protection business on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns that engage financial advisers, customers, and employers—helping us build our brand and move closer to our ambition of being the UK’s number one financial services provider. What you’ll be doing day to day: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns Develop and execute customer communications, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and audience needs Coordinate fulfilment of communications across various segments including customers, employers, and advisers Work closely with third-party agencies, mailing houses, CRM, and data teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery Bring creativity and curiosity to the role—challenging the status quo, exploring new approaches, and driving continuous improvement Skills and experience we’re looking for: Previous marketing experience in a B2B and/or direct role, with a good understanding of channels, tools, and techniques Knowledge of protection or financial services and experience working with third party agencies/printers Process minded, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Creative mindset, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace, with a team player mentality AEM experience (desirable) What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose – with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
