Location: Norwich / Leatherhead / Leeds / Sheffield / York / Manchester – 50% hybrid

This role will require travel across sites in the UK 3-4 times a year.

A bit about the job: Our Apprenticeship team plays an important role in building future skills and supporting the development of talent across Aviva. In this role, you will support the design, coordination and delivery of apprenticeship programmes, helping apprentices progress successfully from onboarding through to completion. You will work closely with apprentices, People Leaders, business stakeholders and learning partners to create engaging and structured learning experiences that support both individual development and business capability. Alongside this, you will monitor learner progress, provide guidance and implement targeted interventions to help apprentices achieve their goals. This is a rewarding role where your work will help shape careers, strengthen future workforce capability and deliver measurable value to Aviva.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience designing, delivering or coordinating structured learning and development programmes is essential.
  • Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) and apprenticeship assessment requirements is desirable.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support a range of learners.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple learner cohorts, priorities and deadlines.

  • Salary circa £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
